Gorney Septal Morselizer Features One jaw that has tungsten carbide insert to crush and reform cartilage into tissue for repositioning. The other jaw longitudinally cuts the cartilage without spreading. Overall length 8-1/2" (21.6 cm) The guard gives the surgeon the option to either cut or crush the cartilage. Handcrafted with premium grade stainless steel with Tungsten carbide Jaw that provides a firm non slipping surface and enhances the service-life. Non-Sterile, Re-Usable.
